2024 Fashion Predictions
Now that it is already February, new trends are going to be on the rise. I want to discuss some trends I predict and what people are already talking about! I think 2023 was a trend setter but I have a better feeling about 2024. From Hailey Bieber nails to cargo pants in 2023… let’s talk about what the new year has in store for us.
OLD MONEY
I truly think 2024 is going to be a year of quiet luxury and old money style. Chic clothes that look like they cost a million dollars but no brand name in sight. SImilar to the Sophia Richie looks but even more elevated. You will see this with a lot of accessories too. I love good gold staples from Amazon that look like they came from a rich grandma's closet. This style doesn’t take a special person to rock it but it does take a special person to style it. Will you be participating?!

COLOR POPS
This one I am excited for. No more beige mom aesthetic, this year I see pops of color coming back and not just light neutral palettes, but bright colors. I am certainly calling it on the red! Have you ever heard of the “color theory”? If I were you, I would look it up on TikTok to find your new color for 2024, and prepare for adding a diverse color palette to your closet.
ANIMAL PRINT
Who doesn’t love a good cheetah print or zebra print? This year will be full of animal printed shirts, skirts, purses, heels, you name it. Animal prints effortlessly add a touch of fierceness and glamor to any ensemble, making them a versatile choice for both casual and formal occasions. Just remember, when styling animal prints, it's all about finding the right balance. Opt for neutral or solid-colored pieces to complement the boldness of the prints and let them take center stage.
RED LIP MOMENTS
You heard it here first… I think a bold red lip will be the new glossy donut lip. I just haven’t determined the new name people will call it lol. Lucky for you, I wrote a whole blog on red lip looks and all different ways to style one. I really don’t think this will be just for formal events either, I think this year the red lip might even come back as something casual and if it’s not red, red, maybe a hot pink. Time will tell but I am counting on it!
